I think I'm meant to be a baker

I don't know that I'm cut out for cooking. I understand that I need to be patient with myself, but the whole "trial and error" process is frustrating! Although I have discovered that I'm a much better baker. Perhaps it's easier, but I'll leave that argument to the contestants on Top Chef.

In my efforts to cook more often, I'm also trying to satisfy my raging sweet tooth along the way. That's where these Lemon Squares come in. I came across this recipe in Fitness Magazine so yes, I'm putting these in the 'healthy' category.
